Kim Docksteader
VP of Engineering
Joining Eco Waste in 2002, Kim is the Director of Engineering, overseeing multiple engineering disciplines supporting production, customer service and R&D. (It’s also Kim you’ll see the most of when you’re in active production and need an expert on-site!)
Kim came to Eco Waste after graduation from McMaster University with a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering. Her thirst for knowledge, tenacity, and problem-solving skills have proven to be a huge asset to Eco Waste’s complex engineering projects. Her leadership in developing and implementing the ISO certified quality management program and numerous critical processes and systems has made a major impact on the business.
After 16 years, Kim has impressive depth on process, design, and engineering of thermal waste conversion systems, air pollution control and heat recovery.
Kim is a P. Eng. (Professional Engineer) in the Province of Ontario, British Columbia, as well as Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
